REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MARCH 9, 2026
Bazaar Vendor Registration: $275
Includes:
• Two (2) SBE Cook-Off + Bazaar admission tickets
• Access to event offerings, including:
• Food
• Alcoholic beverages (guests 21+)
• Soda & water
• Live music
• Rides & entertainment
Event Logistics
• Event Start Time: 12:30 PM (prompt)
• Vendor Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM
• Tent locations will be assigned
• Accessible short-term unloading parking available from 8:00–10:00 AM
• Setup Deadline: 11:30 AM
• Breakdown: May begin at 6:00 PM
Vendor Requirements & Amenities
• Each vendor must provide one raffle item valued at $30 or more
• Each vendor will receive at no additional cost:
• One 10’ x 10’ tent
• One 6-foot table (Linens not included)
• Electricity is not available
• Generator use requires approval and must remain within your assigned space
Important Information
• We expect 2,000+ attendees
• Vendors are encouraged to bring:
• Business cards
• Brochures
• Branded materials and linens
• No refunds will be issued for vendor no-shows
• Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and leaving their space clean
